Hello Projectors! This is a slightly different topic for the podcast, albeit an important one. Today I (Aimee) chat about the act of honouring your menstrual cycle and feeling it align beautifully with your Projector essence. This is something that helped shift things for me in a profound way and really got me tuned in to getting to know myself as a Projector. I talk about how the four seasons of nature (Winter, Spring, Summer + Autumn) correlate to the 4 unique phases we go through in our menstrual cycle and how we can work with this energy, not against it.
