This blog will cover

  • The mechanics of how the Splenic Authority operates
  • A famous Splenic Projector
  • The primary seven survival fears within the Splenic Center
  • How to take care of and decondition the Splenic Center in order for it to perform correctly
  • And more!

But before we take a deep dive into the mechanics of your authority, let’s explore for a little bit what Human Design is and what it means to be a Projector type within this beautiful system.

Human Design: Projectors (Start Here) All You Need To Know

What is a Projector?

Walk into a room and on average one in every five people will be a Projector (20% of the population). Projectors are here to GUIDE energy. We are here to be wise about how to do things. We’re not the rarest Type within Human Design, but we’re susceptible to being the most conditioned.

What does it mean to be conditioned? It means to live in a way that isn’t authentic to you. As children, we are sensitive and are easily susceptible to take on what our upbringing environment was like. So you can be conditioned to act, think, and feel in a way that isn’t really you. What happens is that you grow up using your mind to make decisions instead of letting your body’s intelligence (strategy and inner authority) to do the decision making for you. Now you have to peel the layers off so you can discover your unique nature.

We live in a world where it’s normal to work 40 hours a week and to only get two weeks of vacation on average every year. On top of that, we’re told, “just do it.” Working for extended periods of time is suitable for Generators and initiating is what Manifestors are here to do. So as you can see, Projectors are conditioned to believe that they have the energy and initiative mechanisms to work like everyone else.

Not the case.

Projectors are the newest Types out of the four that emerged after 1781. And until now, until the advent of the Human Design System, Projectors didn’t know that they’re unique beings that operate differently than mostly everyone else. Now, we can clearly see that the world is operating at a different rhythm than that of a Projector.

To illustrate this example, via a metaphor, imagine that you (a Projector) have been running a marathon all of your life. You’ve been running a marathon, just because everyone else has been running it. Only to find out that your body doesn’t function properly in marathons.

You discover that your body thrives in practicing yoga because your body was designed to flourish in moving itself in those ways. That’s how life is for Projectors: you’ve been operating in a way that wasn’t designed for you (running a marathon) and need to adjust your way of being (practice yoga) in order to live a life of success, fulfillment, and well-being.

This example is just a metaphor to illustrate the differences that we have with the rest of the world.

We need to first know what our uniqueness is as Projectors, then accept this deeply, and then embody these differences. If you can do this, then you can truly live a fulfilling and successful life. This is what the Projector Movement is here for: to support you DEEPLY in your journey back ‘home’, to your truth, to your core, to your uniqueness, and when you discover this and live from this place, life begins to flow in the most magical of ways.

Now that we know a little bit more about what Human Design is and what a Projector is, let’s get into today’s topic. I’m really excited to share about the Splenic Authority because it’s the second part of the formula of success for Projectors. There is a simple, but not always an easy-to-honor formula to follow, if we Projectors want to create success in our life. That formula is: the Projector strategy (recognition + invitation) + inner authority = success. So, after getting recognized and invited, we then check-in with our specific authority to truly know whether that opportunity is correct for us or not.

If there’s one thing we want you to take from Human Design, it’s this formula. By honoring this decision-making process, we start to align ourselves to our unique essence and begin to blossom into the person we were born to become.

How Does The
Splenic Authority Operate?

If you’re looking at your BodyGraph, and your Splenic Center is defined, but your Solar Plexus and Sacral Center aren’t, and there isn't a motor connected to your Throat Center, then you’re a Projector with a Splenic Authority. The Splenic Center is one out of three awareness centers (the other two being the Ajna and Solar Plexus Centers). The Ajna Center is twice as strong as the Spleen, and the Solar Plexus is twice as strong as the Ajna, so you can see just how sensitive the Splenic Center is. Even though it is the most fragile of the three centers, it is the oldest and is the most intuitive of them all.

Biologically, the Splenic Center is correlated with the lymphatic system, the spleen, and t-cells. The Splenic Center is the most intuitive center of them all because of its relationship with the lymphatic system. There are lymph cells all over the body which act like noses, ears, and tongues. So if your Splenic Center is defined, then you are very alert and your lymph cells are constantly smelling, hearing, and tasting the environment/people to sense what’s healthy or unhealthy for you.

The essential function of the Splenic Center is to keep us alive. We can see the Splenic intelligence best play out with wildlife. When you see a deer gracefully eating grass and then suddenly start running because they sense a predator is out to get them, that’s their in-the-moment decision-making process--also known as Splenic intelligence--at work.

Out of all the authorities, the Splenic authority is the ONLY one that can make decisions in the moment. A Splenic Projector’s body is designed in a way that it advises them what is healthy or unhealthy in the present moment. For this reason, when they are being invited, their body will send them an instantaneous message that can be felt as an inner knowing or a resonance. With that being said, it’s very important to understand that you are making decisions with a clean and pure Splenic Center and not from your mind.

Because most people have been conditioned to make decisions from their minds, it takes some time to decondition and connect to your body’s intelligence. For you, Splenic Projectors, your deconditioning journey will involve developing a keen relationship with your body. In this process, you will experiment with your authority when being invited so you can listen to your body’s subtle messages that it sends instantaneously, versus letting your mind, your emotions, or the pressure from others make the decisions for you.

Another reason you will have to acquaint yourself with your Splenic’s guidance is that you can miss the spontaneous message that your body is sending you because it comes fast and it doesn’t repeat itself. If you miss it, you can let your mind make the decisions for you. By the way, Human Design teaches us that no one is designed to make decisions from their minds, the thing with Splenic Projectors is that there is no time for them to process the invitation like Emotional, Self-Projected, Ego, or Mental Projectors do. This is why practices such as meditation are highly encouraged to be a tool in your arsenal when deconditioning for Splenic Projectors.

The signature goal--what we’re designed to be--for Projectors is success. There is a two-part formula to be successful: the Projector strategy + our inner authority. As a Splenic Projector, when you feel recognized and are being invited, at that moment, your body will advise you if that invitation is correct for you or not. It’ll be an intuitive hunch, that you have to be highly aware of because it won’t last for long. Whatever message you received from your Splenic intelligence, you need to trust it.

The key for Splenic Projectors in mastering their authority is to cultivate an intimate relationship with their body. Increasing your self-awareness (or somatic awareness) is going to be super important for you if you’re going to want to listen to what your body is telling you in the moment. Remember, you can miss your body’s instincts because its messages can go away immediately and can be quite subtle. So begin to practice honoring what your body is saying to you. It can take some time for you to know what your body is guiding you towards because of the conditioned mind, but nonetheless, when you start to embody your body's intelligence, you will be highly instinctual and intuitive.

Famous Splenic Projector

Manifestation expert Lacy Phillips says that for us to be able to manifest what we desire, we have to see what we want. Whether that be in person, a television show, or social media, whatever the form is, we literally have to see it--for our subconscious--to believe it. For example, if you desire a fulfilling career where you can work remotely and make X amount of money, but you have never seen a person who has something similar to what you desire, then you may struggle be able to manifest it because your subconscious doesn’t even know it’s possible to have that type of career.

Looking at famous Projectors’ BodyGraphs can help us know what’s possible for us based on their configuration. If you don’t have a Splenic authority, you can still receive wisdom from what you do share (e.g., defined centers, channels, gates) with famous Projectors. Let’s take a look at a beautiful human being that just so happened to be a Splenic Projector.

Nelson Mandela

If there was ever a Projector that couldn’t get even more Projectorish, it would be Nelson Mandela. Why do I say this? Well, besides being a Projector, his profile was 5/1 and Projectors with a 5 (especially in their conscious line) experience being projected on even more because their aura invites people in. People are drawn to 5 lines because they carry a seductive and alluring aura and feel that they can help them, guide them, rescue them or even save them.

Line 5's are called Heretics because if people come to them to get saved, but they fail in rescuing them, then their reputation will be tarnished and will be “burned at the stake.” Projectors who have 5 lines need to be extremely careful about which invitations they accept because your reputation is based on the success or failure of the solutions to people's problems. This is why honoring your strategy and authority will help you accept invitations that are correct for you, and declines ones that aren’t.

 Nelson Mandela's BodyGraph

Another reason why Nelson Mandela was the Projectors’ Projector was because he had The Channel of the Alpha (gates 7 - 31). This channel is really beautiful to see within Mandela’s chart because how he lived, this energy is the perfect representation of how this channel can be expressed. People who have The Channel of the Alpha defined have the potential to be leaders in their respective fields. This doesn’t have to be leading huge groups like leading the entire country of South Africa like Nelson did, but this channel is one who has to be recognized in order for them to be a leader.

In order to lead a group, you have to earn the trust of the people and prove that you will best represent them and have their best interests at heart. What Nelson Mandela did for his country and what he went through earned the trust of its citizens to elect him as their leader; his path to get there however, wasn’t an easy one by any stretch of the imagination.

Nelson Mandela grew up in a time where his home country’s government (an oppressive white authority) had established a policy called apartheid. This was a system of segregation that made the majority (black) of South Africa’s people second-class citizens and enforced the supremacy of the minor white population.

Mandela became a lawyer to help black South Africans who had been wrongly accused and also urged nonviolent protests against their white-led government. During a peaceful demonstration against apartheid in 1960 in the town of Sharpeville, sixty-seven people (men, women, and children) were massacred. This was the turning point that Mandela realized that nonviolent resistance wasn’t enough. He then co-founded the armed wing of his African National Congress party called, Mkhonto we Sizwe, which translates to “the sphere of the nation.” After launching attacks on the South African government, Mandela and his armed group were classified as a terrorist group and he had to leave the country. When he was gone, he gained support for the anti-apartheid cause, but when Nelson returned back to South Africa, he was arrested and sentenced to five years in prison. While in prison, Nelson was charged with sabotage and conspiracy to overthrow the government. Mandela received a life sentence.

Instead of being forgotten, Nelson Mandela became a symbol to end apartheid. After 27 years locked up in prison, the South African government released Mandela and made his political party the African National Congress legal. A few years after being released from prison, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for helping to end apartheid. If that wasn’t inspiring enough, in 1994, for the first time in over 300 years, blacks in South Africa had the opportunity to vote for their president, and in a winning landslide, elected Nelson Mandela as their leader.

He followed his Splenic authority to survive in the way that he did after spending so many years in prison. He did more than survive, he found freedom for himself and for his nation of South Africa. He became free of his mind. Even with his body locked up, he found total freedom within.

Without a doubt, Nelson Mandela, a 5/1 Splenic Projector, will be known as one of the greatest freedom fighters this world has ever seen. If you share any of the mechanics (authority, channels, gates) with Mr. Mandela’s BodyGraph, take it as inspiration to know what’s possible because remember, seeing is believing, and that’s what your subconscious needs in order to be able to manifest.

The 7 Fears of the Splenic Center

Fear shows up in the three awareness centers in the BodyGraph, which are the Splenic, the Ajna, and the Solar Plexus Centers. Each awareness center carries its own fear frequency. The Solar Plexus has more emotional fears, the Ajna has more mental fears, and then the Splenic Center has more primal fears.

The Splenic Center is all about wellbeing, health, intuition, and because it's the oldest center, it really wants us to survive. So it's continuously subtly asking:

  • Do I have enough food?
  • Do I have enough water?
  • Do I have enough shelter?
  • Do I have enough money?
  • Do I have enough resources?
  • Do I have what I need to feel safe?
  • Do I have what I need to survive?

These fears can stem from this deep survival essence. Now, this was good many thousands of years ago when we were walking out in the jungle and someone or an animal could just come up and kill us. These days, that's not really going to happen. So these fears are somewhat outdated. They're just on overdrive and often even amplified!

We want to look at these outdated fears so we can be conscious of them and weed them out. If we don't do this, they’re just subconsciously going like, “No, we want to survive,”  and then we mistake these fears as being us. Then, our life is fundamentally rooted in fear, which is the exact energy that we ultimately are moving out of. We need to detox this energy because if we hold on to that within ourselves, it'll be an extremely painful journey.

I feel people who hold on to that fear frequency moving forward are going to have an extremely challenging transition moving into 2027. So we need to do the work now, in preparation for this great mutation, great change, where everything shifts. Ideally, we would have started doing the work before, but we want to start as soon as possible so we can begin weeding out and detoxing these fears.

The Splenic Center is also connected to the immune system and the lymphatic system. It oversees the body making sure everything's working well. If there's something out of balance or if there's something that's not healthy, it’s there to warn us, but it warns us subtly.

The Ajna is twice as loud as this Splenic Center, so if we don't have twice as much attention, on our body sensations and the subtleties in us, then the Ajna will win every time and the thoughts will just come over the top.

We really want to be listening to the Splenic Center because it will be warning us months, years ahead of what is out of balance within our bodies before the Ajna does.

In order for defined Splenic people to be healthy, you need to have the ability to listen to your intuition. If you do, you can and will have wonderful health. If you do not have good health and have a defined Spleen, then that could mean you're not listening to your body's innate intuition.

For people with an undefined Spleen, fears can be further amplified within you. You need to address these fears because these aren't yours. These are your Not-Self and you need to address them, look at them, weed them out, and get rid of them by moving into them.

So let’s take a look at your Splenic Center in your BodyGraph. If you don’t have one you can get your free copy here. We're going to be briefly going into the fears that each one of these gates holds, that way you can see which one is binding you the most.

If the color of the gate is black, it means it's more conscious. So you’ll be more conscious of this fear. If it's red, potentially, it’ll be more subconscious, it’ll be more subtly in the background. Some of you may have both in red and black. This means it's double as strong, both subconsciously and consciously. This is something to be aware of.

See what gates are defined. Some of you may have zero defined. If you don't have any gates defined in the Splenic Center, focus on codependency. Where does codependency show up? Because if you've got a totally open Splenic Center, you can be highly fearful (your fears may be amplified) and not even know what the fear is. So you'll hold on to things, people, situations, or events, even if they're unhealthy for you - this is codependency. Being codependent looks like holding on to ‘perceived’ safety, saying, “I need this person. I need this food. I need this drink. I need this drug.” You’re saying and doing these things even if they’re unhealthy for you because you're clinging to something outside of yourself.

Let’s go through each one of these gates. I want you to feel into which one resonates with you the most. Go to the ones that are defined within your own BodyGraph, if there's none that resonate there, then yes, you can go to the undefined, but go to the ones that are defined and more directly related to you first and foremost.

To help you in your deconditioning process, after I explain the fear frequency of each gate, I'm going to share a statement that would be very healthy for you to repeat and begin to embody.

With each statement we recommend writing it out and displaying it somewhere where you can see it in your home. Also repeating this statement internally or out loud would be very beneficial for your deconditioning journey.

Let’s take a journey into the gates within the Splenic Center now:

Gate 18 - The Gate of Correction

Gate 18 alerts us to what isn’t healthy for us, it tells us what is out of balance, and informs us of what needs to be corrected. Since this gate is in the Splenic Center, it's all about using our intuition to make things perfect. Your gift of critical awareness points to areas where you’re sensing weakness or imperfection and coming up with ways to improve or “correct” it.

The fear of this gate is the fear of authority. If you have this defined, if it's colored either red or black around the number, it means it's defined. Therefore, you may have a fear of authority, or fear of being judged by others, or a sense of perfectionism because you might get judged.

You could imagine this person sort of being a little bit reclusive, sort of bowing down, or a bit sunken like, shoulders may be even slouched and forward. You may have a fear of anyone with power or influence.

Empowering statement for Gate 18: “I claim my authority as a human being on this planet. Life had me come here, just like  everyone else. We're equal. I'm equal. I'm more than deserving to be. I claim my authority as a human being on this planet.”

Gate 28 - The Gate of the Game Player

The Gate of the Game Player is all about going through life’s “struggles” to enjoy life. Another word for struggle can be challenge. If you have this gate defined, and you’re living according to your strategy and authority, then you will embrace the “correct struggles” that will make life that much more enjoyable. If you have Gate 28 undefined, then you may find it hard to imagine that you have to “struggle” in order to find meaning within your life. As with any piece of information with Human Design, following your strategy and authority will align you with the correct invitations, and with this case, the correct “struggles” to bring purpose to existence.

Gate 28 drives us for a higher meaning in life, but is your fear of dying getting in the way of enjoying your life? This is the fear of death and the fear of purposelessness. If you have this gate defined do you fear that life is just about surviving? Is this fear depleting your passion, your zest for life? By knowing and accepting that our three-dimensional bodies are going to die, we can move towards finding a purpose during our limited time here on Earth.

Empowering statement: “I love my life. My purpose comes naturally to me when I honor my strategy and authority.”

Gate 32 - The Gate of Continuity

The gift of this gate is in recognizing people who have the skills, talent, or education to bring projects into fruition. You intuitively know which ideas are worth pursuing. By adhering to your strategy and authority, Gate 32’s wisdom and instincts help recognize patterns that haven't been working, while also embracing what has lasting value.

This gate holds within it the fear of failure. You may choose to hold yourself back because you don't want to fail. This gate is also very linked to the material plane. Meaning, you don’t feel like you have enough resources. You could feel like a failure because you’re not a home owner yet or because you don’t have X amount of money in your bank account. It’s these types of things that gate 32’s fears are all about. The fears are more physical in nature and are about failing in the physical world.

Empowering statement: “I am safe within this material world. I trust I will be supported.”

Gate 50 - The Gate of Values

Gate 50 expresses itself by caring for others. Your instinctual awareness recognizes what is right or wrong and will challenge structures in order to maintain or improve the wellbeing of the community. Without Gate 27, you may feel the need to take care of others that don’t need to be taken care of or may be over-nurturing, so as always, listen to your strategy and authority for guidance.

This gate holds the fear of taking responsibility. It can also look like taking on too much responsibility. For example, you have to take on so much because you’re scared that if you don't do it, you don't know what will happen.

Examples of responsibilities that you could be fearful of could be those of partnerships. Certain responsibilities happen within those types of connections. It could be fear of family responsibilities, home ownership responsibilities, job responsibilities, or any type of agreements.

If you have this gate defined within your BodyGraph I invite you to tune into this gate and ask yourself, “How does this relate to me? What's showing up here? What's this stimulating in me?” The subconscious mind is very smart, it can block out these fears and be like, “No, like, that's not really me. I don’t have those fears.” Really look, really discover and see what’s showing up in your life in some capacity.

Empowering statement: “I allow myself to follow my heart and meet life truthfully, and fully.”

Gate 44 - The Gate of Alertness

Gate 44 has the intuitive awareness of whether the past is worth repeating itself or not. Based on its memory of the past, Gate 44 knows the patterns of living that will bring success because it understands that material security and health often go hand in hand. The Gate of Alertness also has a creativity that makes things look good, while also creating environments to enhance the closing of a sale.

This gate holds the fear of the past. Fears around past baggage, past connections or fearing what people think of you. So therefore, you're running away from your past and there may be a fear of actually addressing your past.

Forgiveness is going to be key for this gate to move past the fears because when there's true forgiveness of self and others from the past, you’re going to be set free.

Empowering statement: “I forgive myself and others from any past feelings and events.”

Gate 57 - The Gate of Intuitive Clarity

Gate 57 is the most intuitive gate within BodyGraph. It can penetrate into one’s core in the present moment. Also known as the gate of clarity, you have a moment-to-moment awareness to register what is safe, healthy, and good for you, and what isn’t. Slowing down and listening to your instinctual hunches is key to unlocking the potential of Gate 57.

This one is all about intuition. The fear of the future; fear of what might happen. If something happens, am I good enough to cope with what's coming at me? There's this agitation that's bubbling under the surface, because who knows what's coming at me.

This fear can make you overly prepare or overly think because you feel you won’t be able to cope with what's coming towards you. Since this gate is very intuitive, it is all about being in the present, its gifts can be numbed because you’re constantly worried about the future and aren't able to relax or feel safe in the present moment. By following your strategy and authority it will remedy your indecisiveness and you will be able to enjoy the benefits of your intuition instead of worrying about what to prepare for.

Empowering statements: “I allow myself to relax into this present moment. Right now.”

“I trust my intuition.”

Gate 48 - The Gate of Depth

Gate 48 has intuitive depth that knows how to bring solutions to problems. The key for the Gate of Depth is to wait for the recognition so your depth of knowledge can be drawn naturally, so you can offer a solution. Trust that by following your strategy and authority you will be presented with the correct experiences so you can relax and not stress and worry about not knowing enough or not being enough.

The fear frequency of this gate is that of feeling inadequate. This is a deep seated fear. Someone with this gate literally feels that they don’t have the depth, the talent to ensure a better life. Shame can come from this fear because they truly believe that there's fundamentally something flawed within them and they can't fix it. That's what they feel, but obviously that's not the truth.

Empowering statement: “I am enough. I am more than enough. I am.”

These are all just fears, they're not actually true, and yet they hold you away from your truth. Unless we face these fears, they'll continue to rule our lives. If you can address these fears and overcome them, then you can transform them so your Splenic Center can use them as the awareness center that it is in order to know how to survive, adapt, and survive, rather than overthink and burn yourself with unnecessary stress.

An exercise to go deeper:

So take a few moments now and write down a couple of things that you're fearful of or certain events around one of these fear frequencies that resonated with you. Contemplate on one of these gates and then you can start to sense into, “How is this fear showing up in my life? How is it running my life? What events trigger this fear to get activated?”

I invite you to feel into where in the body is this fear showing up. Tune into these events that have evoked one of those fears.

Ask yourself, “Where does it impact me energetically?” And I just want you to allow yourself to be with that sensation for a few moments, accepting it fully as it is. Notice how you're breathing, notice the sensations in the body and accept what’s coming up for you. When we do this, we start to dissolve these fears naturally.

Take your time and trust the process...

Finally, write down the empowering statement of the gate that resonated with you the most. Have this statement around so when the fear does present itself, you can repeat it internally to help decondition the fear frequency of that individual gate.

If you’re interested in diving deeper into the gates of the Splenic Center, there’s a section in the “Ultimate Projector Guide” online course where I dedicate three videos on this intuitive center. One video is on the mechanism of how the authority operates (20 minutes long) and two videos on the gates within the Splenic Center (each one around 15 minutes in length). This training has 20+ hours of specialized content for Human Design Projectors. If it’s the right timing, you can sign up by  clicking here.

As nine-centered beings, we’re not here to be worried about our survival anymore. We’re no longer living in a time where we have to worry about a tiger lurking in the bushes. We can have the time and space to be able to fully enjoy our lives.

So how can we connect to our Splenic Center in a healthy way, in a way where it subconsciously takes care of our wellbeing and survival but doesn’t end up running our lives with unnecessary fears? So we can overcome these survival fears and instead enjoy this beautiful gift called life. Letting go of what isn’t us. Letting go of our fears and within the Splenic Center where we have deep survival instinctive fears.

5 Ways To Decondition
The Splenic Center

 Meditation

One way to decondition our Splenic Center is through meditation. Meditating is a practice that is recommended for everyone to develop because it increases self-awareness and decreases stress levels. But for Splenic Projectors, it is VITAL to cultivate a meditation practice because this will strengthen the connection you have with your body’s intelligence.

Grounding

Another way to decondition is to ground. Spending time barefoot outdoors helps you to not only connect with the planet, but also with your own body. Nowadays, most people spend most of their life in shoes and if they are barefoot, they’re doing it indoors. If you’re not walking barefoot on grass, dirt, or on sand you’re missing out on great health benefits. Since the Earth has a slight negative charge to it, when we take off our shoes and socks and put our bare feet on the ground, the planet’s energy helps reduce inflammation and also calms the body. When you’re stressed or experiencing one of the seven fears of the Splenic Center, you can walk outside, find a patch of dirt or grass, and walk barefoot in order to get out of your mind and into your body. So get down with the ground!

Sport

Since the Spleen has to do with your instinctual nature, the best way to connect with your instincts is to play a sport. If you don’t already know, we here at The Projector Movement are frisbee enthusiasts. We’re currently living in Southern California, so when we get together for business meetings, we like to top off the day by going to the beach,
walking barefoot on the sand, taking a dip in the ocean, and throwing the frisbee to one another. There’s a couple of benefits we’re reaping when we’re going to the beach. One, we’re getting vitamin D from the sun, two, we’re getting the healing benefits from walking barefoot on the sand and taking a dip in the ocean, three, we’re connecting to our instinctual nature by calculating how fast we need to run to catch the frisbee, and four, we’re bonding as friends which increases our happiness.

Whatever activity helps you connect to your body, this will help decondition your Splenic Center.

So cultivate a meditative practice if you don’t already have one, ground barefoot on Mother Earth, and play a sport to help you connect to your body. By the way, if you don’t have someone to play a sport with, another great way to connect to yourself is through dancing.

Somatic Awareness

Another profound way to decondition the Splenic Center is by increasing our somatic awareness in the body. Increasing our inner awareness of the sensation within the body.

This can be done by internally focusing on the sensation within the body, locating the different vibrations of energy within the body, which ultimately brings your attention and awareness out of mind and back into the body, where for Splenic Projectors it really needs to reside. Start to notice what your body’s instincts are informing you because this is how you’re designed to dance with life and by slowing down your rhythm, turning your attention inwards, and just noticing what comes up for you, you will connect to your Splenic awareness.

Since the intuitive message of the Spleen is subtle and can leave immediately, Splenic Projectors miss what their body’s intelligence is signalling to them and they instead are conditioned to make decisions from their mind. Splenic Projectors are very intuitive and make exceptional guides for in-the-moment situations, but we have to firsly bring our awareness back home into the body.

Wellbeing

As we have already mentioned, the Splenic Center is very much connected to your wellbeing, to the body's health and it’s immune system. So one powerful way to decondition this center is to support it by consciously making healthy choices for both your body and mind. If you want to go profoundly deeper into this area as a Projector then you can check out our in-depth advanced deconditioning training here!

“I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.”

― Nelson Mandela

To bring it all together and to begin to wrap it all up for your Splenic Projectors, in this blog we covered how the Splenic Authority operates, the 7 fears of the Splenic Center, and how to decondition it, so that as a Splenic Projector, you can take your power back, so you can take back your life, and so you can ultimately create the life that you really want.

Spend time out in nature, keep increasing your somatic awareness in the body and of course keep following your strategy and authority, and then you will find yourself on a path of deep success and wellbeing!

If you know someone who is a Splenic Projector, then please share with them this blog post or this YouTube video below we made for all our Splenic Projectors out there!!

What is Human Design?

Before we dive deep into what it is to be a Human Design Splenic Projector let's begin from the beginning...

In 1987, a man by the name of Ra Uru Hu had a mystical experience where he was guided and given instruction by what he termed as “The Voice” to combine the ancient teachings of Astrology, The I’Ching, The Kabbalah, and The Chakras alongside modern science of Quantum Mechanics, Astronomy, Genetics and Biochemistry. The synthesis of these ancient teachings from different parts of the world combined with contemporary science created Human Design, a powerful, accurate, and beautiful system that lays out the blueprint on how to navigate YOUR life.

What I like about Human Design is that it’s not a belief system. You don’t have to believe in how the system was birthed. The founder, Ra, simply said to apply the knowledge that pertains to you and simply see if it works. More importantly, this system is specific to you. This is because of how Human Design works. What this system does is it takes the time, date, and place of your birth and produces a chart (known as a BodyGraph) that looks like the one below. In other words, you were imprinted with specific energy at the moment of your birth, as well as 3 months prior to your birth.

BodyGraph

If you want to learn about how to read your BodyGraph, then click on the image below to watch the video we created that guides you step by step, so you can understand how to navigate your own chart.

So, there is no one person that has the same BodyGraph. But this system does categorize humans into 4 main types. These 4 types are Generator (which includes Manifesting Generator), Projectors, Manifestor, and Reflectors. Generators have an open and enveloping aura. Projectors have an absorbing and focused aura. Manifestors have a closed and repelling aura. And Reflectors have a resistant and sampling aura.

The most important gift Human Design has to offer humanity is our decision-making strategy. Based on what type you are, will determine how you best make decisions. So if you’re a Projector, this means you have to wait to be recognized and invited for the big opportunities in life (e.g., home, career, love, and relationships). Waiting to be recognized and invited is the first step in knowing how to move forward in life, but before we learn the second step, let’s talk about the basics of what a Projector is.
